The Haarslev Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger condenses hot vapours from cookers and dryers into liquid, using water as the cooling medium. By drawing vapour toward the coldest point, it efficiently separates non-condensable gases while recovering valuable heat for reuse. Designed for high vapour loads in meat rendering and fish meal plants, these heat exchangers ensure efficient, continuous drying along with effective odour reduction and heat recovery, as well as providing low energy consumption, easy CIP cleaning and installation in either vertical or horizontal configurations.
